S.A.F.E.迷你倉認證計畫目的是嘉許和表揚提供合乎建築物消防安全的迷你倉營運者以及協助業界提升服務水平。
About S.A.F.E. Self storage standards programme
The SAFE Programme is an endorsement offered by the Self Storage Association Asia to self storage operators in Hong Kong.
The endorsement means that each single site has been approved by an Authorised Person as compliant, or is en route to becoming compliant, with regulations promulgated by the relevant departments of the Hong Kong SAR Government - in particular the Fire Services Department and Buildings Department.
Why do we have the programme?
This programme will help:
Consumers to confidently choose operators compliant with government regulations.
Landlords to confirm partnership with self storage tenants based on approved plans.
Institutional investors, insurance companies and commercial lenders to make informed decisions about working with self storage companies.
All stakeholders to distinguish those operators who are currently, and soon to be, to be fully compliant with Fire Services Department and Building Department regulations and those who are not.
